In partnership with the Wheelchair Foundation, Chevron donates wheelchairs to Angola

Chevron has donated 240 new wheelchairs to the most disabled country in the world.

Thanks largely to landmines, Angola now counts as the most disabled country in the world. In the aftermath of the war, it is estimated that there remains one landmine for every man, woman and child in the country. Chevron, working with the Wheelchair Foundation, has donated 240 new wheelchairs to the country to ease the problems that the resulting disabilities create.
