Hong Kong Wheelchair Aid Service was founded by volunteers in 1997. The wheelchair community, many of them are disabled or elderly, is the organization’s primary target thus they provide them a comprehensive range of services including on-site wheelchair repairing, free leasing of wheelchair and accessories, rental of powered wheelchair and multi-purpose wheelchair, sale of second hand wheelchair, training courses. Considering their financial constraints, the services are delivered at an affordable price.
