The Friends of Overseas Filipinos(FOFI), established in 2001, addresses issues arising from the separation of families due to economic migration. FOFI aims to provide educational opportunities and promote a culture of excellence among the children of Philippine Overseas Workers (OFWs) through scholarships, organising and raising funds, assisting Philippine public schools and supporting reintegration and support programmes for returning Philippine OFWs. FOFI works closely with individuals, institutions and agencies who share the Foundation’s vision.
