The overall objective of the programme is to improve the food security situation and in particular to achieve food self-sufficiency in the Caribbean region both at household and national level The focus is on improving nutritional status and income by removing the constraints that hamper the agricultural production of small-holders. The proposed regional programme has two linked themes: trade facilitation and enhancement of smallholder agricultural production along with productivity and marketing.

- Regional Programme for Food Security (RPFS)

- Emergency Prevention System for Transboundary Animal and Plant Pests and Diseases – Animal Health Component

- National Medium Term Priority Framework (NMTPF)
