GrassRoots Ministry (GRM)

Unverified non-profit organisation

GRM (GrassRoots Ministry) is a community-based organization, operating in Gamba village, Buikwe District. GRM empowers rural communities using vocational training and agriculture. GRM began its works in Oct 2020 during the outbreak of COVID in the world.

GRM equips young people with life-changing job skills to move out of poverty and be in a better position to take care of their families. The target community is the underprivileged and rural young people aged 15 to 35 years of age.

In 2023, GRM was gifted with 10 acres of land to establish a community vocational training institute and a training farm for underprivileged young people in Uganda.

With the help of a few community members, GRM has been able to construct one classroom block where it will conduct the training.

Despite GRM’s earlier successes, GRM humbly requests support to complete the roofing stage of the classroom block so that it can be able to start using the building.

Currently, GRM is looking for partners, sponsors, and donors to come on board and make the community vocational institute a reality for the underprivileged young people in our community.

We can’t do this alone, We invite you on board. Email off.grm@gmail.com or Call +256779481189, to be part of this initiative.
