Centre for Values in Leadership (CVL) is a social enterprise formed in 2004 by Prof. Pat Utomi. with a mission to bridge the gap between knowledge and results by empowering young people with leadership skills and values to enable them make lasting contributions in the society in the areas of entrepreneurship, business, civil society, community development and public life. The focus is on leadership development activities aimed at raising self-sacrificing leaders that will drive Africa’s quest for modernity and human progress. CVL is the currently a reputable leadership development institute in Nigeria, and the vision is to become the Global Centre of Excellence for Leadership Development. For more than a dozen years, CVL has been in the fore of trying to determine, through research, influence and advocacy, the way leaders are shaped, for the Generation Next. CVL offers a number of programmes in pursuit of this objective.
