Enable continued education for needy girls in Sierra Leone
Requested by
CIDS4KIDSWho are you trying to help? What issue are you trying to address?
This project will provide grants enabling schools in rural Sierra Leone to keep 300 orphans and vulnerable children in school by paying for uniforms, supplies or fees needed to continue their education.
For as little as US$20-50 per child – thus helping more children stay in school and continue their education.
What is your project and how will it help?
A SPONSORSHIP PROJECT: The project will meet school costs for 300 orphans and vulnerable children, enabling the neediest children in a community to obtain the education crucial to improving their long-term prospects and supporting their own future families. Your support will help to empower primary and secondary schools to address the neediest children’s difficult circumstances as they arise – often for as little as US$20-50 per child – thus helping more children stay in school and continue their education. How can other people partner with you on your project?
People can partner with us through sponsorship. A sponsor makes a monthly contribution, which is used to help provide critical benefits, such as medical and dental care, school supplies, schools fees, clothing and more, to their sponsored child. In partnership with contributors, we reduce their daily struggles, invest in their potential, and provide them with the opportunity to grow up healthy, educated and prepared to succeed and contribute to society.
Please detail the resources that you need.
