REAP MISSION OF AFRICA is a Community Based and Non-profit making organization that works with the communities to address challenges faced by youth and children within the abject areas in Uganda. The organization also advocates for school drop-out and young parents’ development project, which is a corporate and a non-governmental project, to rescue and advance the status of school dropout youth and young parents of Northern and Eastern region of Uganda to be strong and vibrant for job creation. It is proposed to address challenges of joblessness being encountered by the school drop-out youth and young parents of rural communities, who have suffered from the effect of two rampant insecurities of cattle rustlers, the internal insurgency conflict that affected situations and the education process of the children of rural communities’ inhabitants of Northern and Eastern region of Uganda for more than 35 years and now again COVID-19 that has caused a total rampaged in rural communities.
