CHAE Kenya seeks to educate the community of illiterate people with information, facts and knowledge on HIV/AIDS. We want to take it a step further to help the sex workers in Kenya by offering them alternative sources of income. We hope to empower the society on alternative sources of income and the possibility of living sustainably. We also wish to empower the youth to make use of available resources including Waste management, Education for sustainable development (ESD) and continued career coaching.
What is your project and how will it help?
CHAE will help in the following:
1. Reduce new HIV infections by educating the society
2. Promote self reliance among the unemployed
3. Reduce crime, prostitution,and other social ills through alternative income sources
4. Contribute to the National development grid through Taxes
How can other people partner with you on your project?
CHAE Kenya seeks to get partnership of kind, volunteers, business coaches, financial aid to help support this vision.
Please detail the resources that you need.
A person and/or organization can partner with us by:
1. Volunteering to offer education to our members and community in general
2. Offering financial Aid for running HIV/AIDS campaigns in Kenya
3. Policy advice and guiding where necessary
4. Providing food to the needy in the society, we give you direct contacts to the Orphans and vulnerable children to support them in anyway
5. Offering meaningful employment to the already identified Sex workers and youth
Our budget for phase I of sustainable community development: $143,000
Phase II: $452,230
Continuous support: Contribute $10 for each day.
