Community Change and Transformation Initiative (COTI) is an organization devoted to the needs of people especially children, girl adolescents and women of Nkozi Sub County in Mpigi district -Central Uganda.

The organization was founded in 2014 and is dedicated to contributing to the community development through programs of Adolescent girl child, women empowerment, human rights, water and sanitation, child welfare , livelihood education to address the current high levels

MISSION
To inspire and empower people to actively participate in coordinated and sustainable development activities in order to alleviate human suffering and pain by addressing fundamental causes of poverty.

VISION
To have a transformed community with successful and happy people

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
1. To support and create Poverty Reduction programs and projects focusing on breaking the cycle of poverty for people in Nkozi Sub county-Mpigi district. COTI shall create employment opportunities; improve income security among the Youth especially girls and young women.

2. To support OVCs to access quality education and other fundamental needs.

3. To promote access to Justice and empower women to seek and obtain a remedy through formal or informal institutions of justice for grievances in compliance with human rights standards.
