No Tears Child Support seeks to provide sponsorship to orphan children and those in need of help. The organization seeks for sponsors and well wishers to educate and provide a living for the children. The sponsorship will provide education, food, shelter, clean water, counseling and sanitary pads for the girls.

The organization cares for even more areas and moves in rural areas and counsel those at home, giving them tips how to overcome humps in life.

The organization is located in central parts of Uganda in a district called Bugiri where they are base and set off from to the supporting areas or fields.
