Action for Children in Crisis international (ACCI) is a registered NGO focused on child development and youth empowerment in Liberia.

The organization was founded in December 2008 inspired by a former Liberian street child survival. The courage, resilience and strength of many children that endure the unthinkable situations on the streets in a war damaged country, it is what gives hope to the country as it moves forward in the rebuilding efforts.

ACCI’s mission is to develop and improve mechanisms of educational support to children and young people and to combat all forms of violence, trafficking and abuses against children. It works to transform highly vulnerable children and youth lives, preserve families, and empower communities. Children are their main focus, providing basic physical and spiritual needs for them.

The organization visions a country where no child is forced to live on the street. They build on the core strength of children, their families and communities to create dignity, belonging and justice for all.
