The Vulnerable Empowerment Organization (VEO) is a social organization established and officially registered by the Tanzania government. To operate its activities in Tanzania main land. VEO is mostly aiming to support the vulnerable groups of people in the community like HIV victims, orphans, widows, disabled people and old people (elders).

The VEO’S headquarters is located in Karagwe district, Kagera region, Tanzania and here is where all its operations begin to the entire country. The aim of VEO is to enable vulnerable groups of people be valued, get education and be free in their own country.
