  Lighthouse is a nonprofit organization established in 2013 and has been serving areas of extreme poverty in rural Zimbabwe. Lighthouse is registered as a private voluntary organization (PVO) in Zimbabwe. Lighthouse works to provide holistic work to the abject poor through the rural communities delivering basic needs including:   
Physical: food, clothing, shelter, sanitation, medicine and education. 
Economic: micro-loans and establishing entrepreneurial activities for household  strengthening 
Spiritual: poverty is not just a physical or economic condition. There are emotional, psychological, and relational wounds from living in poverty that only Christ can bring healing to.
Lighthouse is governed by a seven member Board of Directors and has 5 paid staff members, working largely with volunteers and some volunteers are in Manchester, UK.
