The Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation (OSIAF) – Tajikistan is part of the Open Society Institute network of foundations. Serving the needs of Tajikistan, OSIAF organises international, regional, and national activities on regional cooperation, legal and electoral reform, women’s and human rights, immigration, education, health care, access to information, and economic development. OSIAF has also supported a needle exchange project.
