T-O-I (Tikkun Olam International) is an American NGO that partners with Tikum Olam Microfinance in Afghanistan. Programmes in Afghanistan and in Nicaragua include a job placement programme, a transition home that provides a safe environment for boys who have graduated from local orphanages, and DIY Creations, a programme designed to help women, widows and orphan girls to earn an income. T-O-I also runs a disaster relief programme to assist victims of natural or other disasters in Afghanistan.
