BookMaps Enterprises

(For-profit organisation)

BookMaps vision is to empower the jobless youths by providing them with an alternative source of income through a publishing internship called double internship program DIP.
This is achieved by empowering, training and providing consultancy services to the youths so that they can publish, market and distribute their industrial attachment reports and internship program reports as an academic case study. This way, during and after an industrial attachment or internship, a youth can generate additional income to supplement the stipend given by their host organizations.

The internship was designed to have three phases namely, data analysis training, research skills training and publishing initiative. However due to lack of funds the project collapsed at the first stage which was not even completed. The organization lacked funds for administrative cost, rent, training and development, project cost and other office work. I therefore appears for support from well wishers, donors, NGO funding bodies, governments, strategic partners and investment groups who would like to make a different in the lives of jobless and vulnerable youths.
