APAX (Association for Peace values in Education) is an NGO based in Ruhengeri, Rwanda. APAX works towards establishing peace through increasing the quality of education, focusing on educating young people in rural areas. The Association runs a kindergarten and provides primary education. In addition, the Association provides accommodation for orphans , as well as offering scholarships for those without financial means. APAX also provides education for children with special needs.
