The United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service (UCN) is a medical and social NGO in Hong Kong providing professional and comprehensive primary health care services. The organisation practises the philosophy of a "hospital without walls”. Its services cater for the physical, mental, social and spiritual needs of individuals and communities. The organisation’s health centres provide one-stop primary health care services to people of all age groups, in particularly subsidized services to the following target groups: the under-privileged, the elderly, the chronically ill, people with disabilities, teachers, students and their families.
