The Glens Falls Medical Mission Foundation is an American NGO formed to provide services to a medically under-served area of Guatemala. The Foundation’s goals include determining the area’s health needs through discussion with the local residents and community leaders and working to provide a wide range of medical and other health-related services to meet these needs.

The Foundation has held more than 27 twice yearly week long missions to Nueva Santa Rosa in the last 15 years.
