The Foundation for Local Economic Development and Human Rights Sierra Leone is centered on the promotion and protection of women, children, youths and disabled persons in rural communities in Sierra Leone. And as well as the involvement of Communities in Development, Democracy and Human Rights, with special focus on the International Convenient on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights-ICESCR.
They improve the quality of life for the groups mentioned by balancing the scale- between legal aid and improving on the Socio-Economic power base of rural people through similar programs as the legal aid by promoting, protecting and supporting local initiatives at community level to realize their full potentials.
