Who are you trying to help? What issue are you trying to address?

Hope Multipurpose inc (HMI)has cared for orphaned and vulnerable girls in rural Kazo, Uganda, since 2004.

We provide family like guidance, safe housing, nutritious food, clothing, health care, support for education and HOPE.

What is your project and how will it help?

The project is called the Blue House Orphanage.

Our vision is to help as many as 500 orphans from the Kazo community in Uganda and to be a multipurpose organization that can also benefit women in the community.

How can other people partner with you on your project?

They can partner with us through:

- Providing gifts or donations which enable us to acquire clothing, food, housing, care, support education and paying a few staff at the orphanage (the only paid staff are those in Uganda who provide direct care for the children and the Blue House)

- Volunteers and people who would like to provide any form of professional or technical support are welcome.

Clothing and other basic necessities – US$ 40,000
Games and sports – $20,000
Vocational programs – US$ 30,000

Total fundraising goal: US$ 200,000
