The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) is a global network of organisations that invest money and expertise to propel entrepreneurship in emerging markets.

ANDE identifies common strategic challenges and opportunities facing the small and growing business sector (SGBS) and provides programmes and services for members and the sector as a whole. ANDE aims to educate investors and policy makers about the opportunity the sector represents, particularly in the developing world.
