Unverified non-profit organisation

The Eastern Europe Aid Association (EEAA) provides aid to Romanians both in Romania and throughout Eastern Europe. The organisation’s main activity is in sending shipments of basic goods to an orphanage in Iasi, Romania. Five or six containers are sent from Pennsylvania, USA, to Romania each year, containing clothing, non-perishable food, soap, wheat flour, pasta, cutlery, crockery and stationery items. As a non-profit organisation, EEAA is exempt from duty and import taxes. EEAA also publishes a selection of childrens books about Romania.
