Lutheran Disaster Response (LDR) brings hope and restoration to disastrous situations including events such as a flood, fire, drought, violent acts or accidents. Throughout Ohio, LDC representatives with disaster experience identify what resources are present, and required, to respond to any given disaster. Through this process of consultation, the decision can be made concerning the need for a broader declaration of disaster in order to access other areas of response.
