Resala is an Egyptian NGO started by students from the University of Cairo. The organisation has branches throughout the country, and its volunteers carry out a wide range of charitable projects, including building schools and homes for orphans, providing financial and other help for families living in poverty and for people with disabilities, providing training in literacy and computer skills, establishing a blood bank and a clothing bank, and providing medical services.
