The Bridge Foundation is registered as a nonprofit organization under the Ghana Companies Act 179(1963) and issued with a Certificate of Recognition by the State Department of Social Development. The Foundation seeks to empower young people through skills acquiring programs to realize their full potential.

The Foundation envisions to work for a generation of youth positively empowered with good character and positive habits; collaborating to make the world a sustainable and better place to live in. ; and with a mission to promote human resource development; focusing on assisting disadvantaged children and young people through education, employable vocational skills training support and sports development.

The members seek to provide interventions aiming at reducing vulnerability among these disadvantaged children. For realization of this objective; the Foundation runs a Youth Resource and Training Centre at Roman Ridge, Accra which provides opportunities for basic literacy skills, ICT skills training, Art/Craft and sports development. The Centre consists of classrooms, a library, gymnasium and ICT laboratory.

Beneficiaries of programs include out-of-school children, orphaned and street children; and also those engaged or are at-risk to enter into worst forms of labour. Thematic areas of operation are education and life skills training support; and sports development.
