Humanitarian Aid & Civil Protection (ECHO) - European Commission

Unverified non-profit organisation

The European Commission Humanitarian Office (ECHO) is responsible for providing emergency assistance and relief to the victims of natural disasters or armed conflict outside the European Union (EU). ECHO ensures goods and services get to crisis zones fast. Funds are budgeted annually but securing funding is dependent on an organisation being operational in the EU, having its headquarters in the EU or in a country benefiting from the aid and ensuring the proposed project reflects ECHO’s disaster relief strategy.
