USAID is the agency through which the US government channels economic and humanitarian aid worldwide. Assistance is channelled through programme priority areas as identified by the reciepient country. USAID’s programme in Thailand focuses on HIV/AIDS, democracy and governance, and the environment. The programme is administered by USAID’s mission in Cambodia.
