Relief and Rescue Charity foundation is a nonprofit organisation established in 2014 and registered in 2017 by the NGO Board of Uganda. It strives to enhance the positive contributions of the stakeholders, private and public partners offer while mitigating the negative impacts on basic needs and livelihoods.

The Mission is saving, transforming and building hope of the disadvantaged populations in different communities, in different districts in Uganda by advocating for the needs of the population, building capacity, engaging in private /public partnerships between community organizations and private sector to respond to their needs.

The Foundation has programs at different levels of districts, regions and societies to fit the needs and context of the diverse communities. The service focus is on the following areas : education services, clean water supply, food and nutrition, unstable environments, disaster risk reduction floods, landslides and eruptions, health education services.

The philosophy is to find linkages where others others see challenges. The Foundation gathers, interprets, assesses, evaluates, monitors and supervises program activities and data to improve on their service delivery in the areas of operation hence creating the tools and approaches to address challenges and strengthen the operations for better decision and to sustain good outcomes.
