    A Handbook has been drafted by the Humanitarian Operations Center (HOC) detailing the procedures for the movement of humanitarian aid inside the Coalition controlled territory.

    The UNOCHA Customs Directory contains the names and contact data of the national officials responsible for facilitating Customs treatment of consignments of international emergency humanitarian assistance. It includes contact details for Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Syria and Turkey.
