Youth Build Future is a registered non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicating initiating and fostering sustainable development in Tanzania among children, youth, women and communities.
Where we are:
Youth Build Future is based in Tanzania, Mbeya Region, and Mbeya City in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania.
What we do:
Promotion of sustainable agriculture programs; Promote irrigation schemes, promote water use, encouraging utilization of low cost technologies, promote water harvesting, promote farming and animal husbandry, train and create awareness on safe utilization and storage of agro-chemicals, strengthen capacity for timely control of crop pests and disease outbreak. Promote efficient utilization of ranchlands; promote improvement of infrastructure.
Promotion of education for excellence: Participate in establishing schools from nursery to university.
Promotion of sustainable health program: Engage in fight against HIV/AIDS, Malaria, TB and Leprosy and opening of dispensaries and health centers, also helping vulnerable and orphan children and people living with HIV/AIDS.
Provision of small credits program: Availing of small loans to poor rural communities especially women and youth.
Water and sanitation: Provision of reliable water supplies for both human use and agriculture. Providing water-harvesting technologies. Provision of hygiene and sanitation.
Environment Program: Conservation of water sources, protection of natural forests, tree planting, conservation of historical spots.
To promote youth on the establishment and running mining and activities associated with mining; As Tanzania have a lot of minerals, youth have to be enabled to explore and obtaining good mining equipment in order to get good quality minerals.
To help youth and women establish, create and find markets for product
produced by the women and youth groups: youth engaged in Agro products like fruits, vegetables, cereals, flowers, etc to find market for them.
To enhance vocational training and information technology application in
different fields of development: To provide information technology to youth and women and provide tools and equipment
Establishment of care centres for orphans and vulnerable children and the elderly.
Empowering people with disabilities making awareness about the disabled people and what they can do to bring development to the society and this can be done by granting them with tools/equipment for training and funding they need to be self reliant and contribute to society just as other abled people do.
We encourage sports, sports is vital for development so we emphasize on building over-looked sporting talents. All our activities which you read on this information are designed to champion the disabled, disadvantaged and enabling communities especially children and young people to inspire them to overcome their challenges through the power of sport and to enjoy recreation activities in spite of an intrinsic lack of resources and support.
