Avesto Charity Association, a social welfare charitable organisation, provides advocacy and rehabilitation services for disabled persons. In partnership with other local NGOs, Avesto has distributed 200 wheelchairs to adults and children, and 300 crutches to persons with disabilities free-of-charge. Avesco has also established the Family Doctor Dispensary medical centre in Dushanbe.
