Headquartered in Ottawa, Canada and with offices in Singapore and New Delhi, the Pan Asian Networking (PAN) is an initiative of the International Development Research Centre of Canada, an organisation that helps researchers and communities in the developing world find solutions to their social, economic and environmental problems. PAN aims to understand the effects of information and communication technologies (ICT) on people, culture, economy and society. Specifically, PAN is studying and developing ways to use ICT for developing sustainability in Asian countries.
