Who are you trying to help? What issue are you trying to address?

Hope Children’s Centre which was formally Christ Our Hope Orphanage Centre is a rural community educational institution that offers formal and vocational education to mainly the AIDS/HIV orphaned children in Wakiso District, Uganda where carpentry and tailoring is being offered for skills acquisition hence self reliant after leaving the centre for those who may not be with a chance of joining higher learning and educational institutions for self reliance.

What is your project and how will it help?

Volunteering at the centre. The children acquire knowledge and skills from different cultures across the world. Again from the charges/ fee to be charged to whoever is to apply for volunteering the little balance to be got will be used as an income for the centre . Hope Children’s Centre since it offers education to mainly the less privileged and orphans we would need volunteers who will be counselors, with compassionate loving, sympathetic and caring so as these children do not feel isolated as creativity of volunteers will help stop the sense of consolation. How can other people partner with you on your project?

Through locating volunteers from all over the Globe/ Internationally from colleges, Universities, Schools and Independent individuals to come to Hope Children’s Centre through our website
