Ticket CESU, a range of services for employees, paid for in full or in part by the employer, has offered a specific programme for people with disabilities since 1992. This programme helps to integrate people with disabilities into the companies where they work.

In addition, part of the fees raised by this programme are transferred to the Fondation De France, an organisation that runs programmes for disabled people.
