The Biwang Youths and Widows Village Association Project (BOWAP) is an NGO in northern Uganda.

BOWAP is linked to other Village Concept Project in the Pader Commune through the International Association of Village Concept Projects. Its main goals are the improvement of health and living conditions in underprivileged communities through increased self-reliance and responsibility, the establishment of sustainable development initiatives and resource management as well capacity development for young people.
