United World College Costa Rica

(Unverified non-profit organisation)

The United World College of Costa Rica is a nonprofit organization working to make education a force to build leaders capable of uniting people, nations, and cultures for peace and a sustainable future. This school is part of 13 independently funded United World Colleges throughout the world offering an international diploma – we are the only bilingual program among them. Our school has a rigorous academic curriculum with an intensive community service component which teaches integrated themes of diversity, environment sustainability, and peace and conflict resolution. Currently, we fundraise annually to support 75% of our students who are on full or partial scholarship.
