Learning and Development Kenya says: Dear Sir/ Madam, We are interested in your offer and here is a short description about our organization. Learning and Development Kenya is a local NGO with offices in Nakuru, Kenya. It defends literary all of the Human Rights on daily basis. Currently it gives over 400 children between 5 and 17 years of age a chance to obtain and learn to keep these rights, up to 5,000 people from the surrounding community benefit from its activities like HIV/AIDS, Medical support, and microfinance programs. Part of Learning and Development Kenya’s work has been documented online (ldkenya-cbs.info/).
Seventy-six of LDK’s students have lost their mothers and fathers, many to the AIDS epidemic, and LDK has built a dormitory adjacent to the school where those children now live. LDK provides shelter, three meals a day, and medical care. These children are receiving the support and care they desperately need, while attaining an education that will allow them to grow into successful, independent adults.

SAPCONE
(Unverified non-profit organisation)
Amoni Thomas Amfry says: Dear All Friends of Indigenous People
Save Turkana Child is an initiative of SAPCONE-NORTHERN KENYA to support orphans and vulnerable children in kenya ,based in Turkana Kenya,a
nonprofit,,charitable organization.
SAPCONE in the endeavors to help and support the left orphans children
who lost their parents following the series of Todonyang massacres of
the Turkana people by the Dassanatch of Ethiopia on 2nd May and 5TH
August 2011 at Todonyang area of North Turkana.
This number of orphan children adds to the already number of children
earlier identified and assisted by our organization have increased the
burden we already experience.
The conflicts between the Turkana community and its neighbouring
communities from Ethiopia,South Sudan and Uganda which had claimed a
lot of Human lives and livestock losses thus causing suffering and
vulnerability to the Turkana children in general and couples with the
other factors.
It is evident that many children were left orphan with no one to take
care or carter for their basic needs to enable them even pursue
Education. The nature of poverty level in the Turkana community does
not necessitate adoption and assisting the other needy families or
children.
It is under this notion that we are trying find an alternative ways of
helping these needy orphan children who require support to enable
them live like any other children in the community.
donation will improve their lives.contact undersign. We need offer
