Operation Compassion is an American charity dedicated to helping the poor and needy. They have assisted over one million people with donated food, clothing and medicine over the past 4 years, and are also involved in disaster relief activities.

Operation Compassion focuses on three priorities: responding to natural disasters nationally and around the world; providing inspiration, information, training and resources to help mobilize churches, individuals and community groups to provide food and basic necessities to the poor and needy; and concentrating on international distribution to widows, single mothers and children.
