The Triam Foundation Uganda is a nonprofit community based humanitarian organisation mandated to help limit the existence and impact of non-communicable diseases specifically, cancer, diabetes, hypertension and mental illness. The Foundation works through research, creating community awareness, sensitization, health education and advocacy in a bid to eradicate the ignorance of the community on causes, signs, symptoms and preventive measures in regard to non- communicable diseases.

The Triam Foundation Uganda established the Triam Medical Center (TMC) to offer in- and out- patient services. The Centre operates 24 hours, 7 days a week.
