The Romanian Samaritan Association is an NGO that provides help to the general population of Romania in regard to improving and promoting healthy behaviour through education, providing access to socio-professional workshops,organizing first aid courses,and providing physical and mental health recovery services. The Association is also involved in general projects helping with community programmes focused on abandoned children, elderly and other people identified as at risk groups. The Association organises counselling, offering specialized help with general health and specific needs care. It also provides ambulance services with specialized personel, and is involved in conducting fundraising activities, obtaining sponsorships, rentals, contributions and donations.
