Aptivate is a UK based NGO that provides IT services for international development. The organisation works on both grant funded projects and direct partnerships with NGOs. Aptivate collaborates with NGOs to strengthen the use of IT in their programmes and offers impartial advice on strategy, policy, implementation and procurement. Aptivate also builds robust, accessible and usable software, mobile and web services, and its staff have expertise in low-bandwidth and appropriate technologies.

The UNFAO and WHO believe that Aptivate offers “thoughtful solutions to the root of the problem” and that our “approach is both highly effective and refreshing.”
