Home for the Aged Guangzhou is a public operated home with over 1200 beds for childless elderly people, retired personnel, and those who are old and have financial difficulties. The home provides care primarily for aged widows and widowers of Guangzhou City in terms of pension, medical rehabilitation, dementia care, social work and hospice services. The home depends on funding from individual and corporate donations.
