The Congo Leadership Initiative (CLI) is an American NGO that trains young Congolese leaders through an intensive leadership development curriculum, “The Leadership Institute”. The programme recruits talented Congolese youth from all fields of study and with different ambitions, and prepares them to become engines for change. The result is a cohort of skilled leaders who can spark real development and help to destroy the colonialism that cripples the Congo.
