Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT)

Unverified non-profit organisation

Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT) was founded in 2009 by Chapter 61 Ministries, but is now its own 501(c)3 organization.

Believing that the truckers of America will be the great abolitionist heroes of its generation, TAT gave itself the mission to fight against all kind of trafficking including specially human trafficking.

TAT’s website has been created to enable members of the trucking/travel plaza industry and other travellers learn what they can do to help stop the human trafficking atrocity.

TAT gave itself the mission to educate, equip, empower and mobilize members of the trucking and travel plaza industry to combat domestic sex trafficking by:
- Helping it put its wallet cards (and other materials) in the hands of members of the trucking industry
- Having its trucking-industry specific training DVD made part of orientation for all truck stop and travel plaza employees, all students of private and public truck-driving schools, all truck drivers employed via major carriers or owner/operators
- Partnering with law enforcement to facilitate the investigation of human trafficking
