The African Network for the Prevention and Protection against Child Abuse and Neglect (ANPPCAN) Zambia is an organisation that promotes and protects the rights of children. ANPPCAN is particularly interested in child labour, child protection against abuse and other forms of violence against children.
The organisation is committed to tackling child labour through the provision of formal and non-formal education and recreation. ANPPCAN also organises self-help groups to assist the households from which the children come to improve their livelihoods,

ANPPCAN Zambia works with local leaders, teachers, government officials, parents/guardians and children to promote a low cost and locally owned “Community based child protection model” in schools and communities.
