SAFDAR (Social Awareness for Democratic Art and Research) is an Indian NGO that provides legal support to migrant women and lobbies for sexual equality. The organisation also facilitates communication between groups, emphasising the role of art and culture in development, runs education and health programmes, and assists vulnerable children. SAFDAR works among indigenous people and in rural communities, particularly forest areas.
