Food for the Hungry is an international organisation, committed to working with poor people to overcome hunger and poverty through integrated self-development programs in more than 25 countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. These programs include agricultural training, micro-enterprise, health, economic and community development. Food for the Hungry also responds both to natural disasters (such as famines and earthquakes) and man-made disasters (such as war) around the world.
