The Twerwaneho Orphans Community Initiative (TOCI) is a small locally run community initiative that focuses on helping HIV/AIDS affected orphans, child headed households and children with disabilities and special needs to live healthy, sustainable and successful lives.

TOCI provides financial, psycho-social and educational support to vulnerable children in the community, including books, writing supplies, uniforms and under certain conditions, tuition; medical treatment and nutritional education. The organisation is also involved in setting up income generation projects in agriculture for the children.
